1. Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all repair, service and support work by Computerquick (3D4000 GmbH, Strassburgerallee 75, 4055 Basel, Switzerland) ordered via computerquick.ch or directly.
2. Conclusion of contract
By completing the order, you instruct us to carry out the selected service. The contract is concluded with our confirmation by e-mail.
3. Prices
All prices are in Swiss francs including VAT. Spare parts and material are only included if this is expressly stated. We only carry out work that causes additional costs after your consent.
4. Payment
Payment is made by bank transfer in advance or in cash when the device is collected.
5. Drop-off and collection
Devices are dropped off and collected by appointment. If a finished device is not collected within 3 months despite a reminder, we may charge a reasonable storage fee.
6. Data
You are responsible for backing up your data. We work carefully but are not liable for data loss, except in cases of intent or gross negligence. We treat your data confidentially and only access it as far as necessary for the job.
7. Warranty
We give a 3-month warranty on work carried out; the manufacturer's guarantee applies to new parts installed.
8. Liability
Our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, as far as permitted by law.
9. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Basel.
