Which data we process
When you order from us, open a customer account or contact us, we process your details (name, address, e-mail, phone, order data) to handle the order and to communicate with you.
When you visit the website, the server stores technical data (IP address, date, time, page visited, browser). This is used for secure operation and is not combined with other data.
Data on your device
During repairs, we only access data on your device as far as necessary for the job. We do not pass it on and only copy it if you ask us to (e.g. for a data transfer).
Cookies
The shop uses technically necessary cookies, for example for the shopping cart and login.
Disclosure
We only pass on your data if this is necessary to perform the contract (e.g. to our hosting provider in Switzerland) or if we are legally obliged to do so.
Retention
We keep data for as long as necessary for the purpose or as required by law (business records 10 years).
Your rights
You can request information about your data at any time and ask for it to be corrected or deleted. Please write to us at the e-mail address above.
