Process & collection

How it works

Choose a service – Select the service you need in the shop and complete the order. If you are not sure what is wrong, the fault diagnosis is enough.
Drop off your device – We arrange an appointment with you to drop it off at Strassburgerallee 75 in Basel.
Diagnosis & confirmation – If there are additional costs (e.g. spare parts), you first receive a quote. We do nothing without your consent.
Collection – As soon as your device is ready, we get in touch. You pay by bank transfer in advance or in cash on collection.

Most jobs are done within 2–4 working days. Spare parts can extend the duration.
